Discipline goes a long way

Before I close out October, I wanted to share my month. Since I’ve been on hiatus from blogging, I’ve been on an intense challenge. Now its may seem simple to others but it really isn’t. Up until today I wasn’t craving anything but Halloween can do that to you.

I decided back in September that I wanted to change my well being. I’m on a 6 month challenge to drop as much weight starting October 1st.

No Red Meat or Pork
No Juice
No Junk Food
No Fry Food
Limited Carbs ( white rice and bread)

I’m 7 LBS lighter and proud. But tomorrow will be a cheat date. Still not eating beef though.
